For me, it's this sign:

When I go on walks around the office in Ann Arbor, there are a couple of sidewalks that have steps for whatever reason. Whenever you encounter sidewalk steps, there is usually one of these signs warning cyclists. The way it shows the bicycle bouncing around cracks me up.
