I'm Chris, the main content creator and maintainer of this site.

When I worked at Dropbox, I was the designated ice breaker for our weekly team meeting. A teammate asked how I came up with my questions, and I somewhat hesitatnly divulged my secret process: I already had a stroy I wanted to tell, so I just framed the question around the answer.
